Petit Palace Savoy Alfonso XII Hotel Madrid, Madrid

Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The location is superb, right across from Madrid's Retiro Park and close to many tourist attractions. The rooms provide a lovely view of the park, even though the air conditioning could be more efficient. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff going out of their way to assist, especially Natalia. The dining options, although great, may seem a bit pricey for a 4-star hotel. The facilities are well-maintained and enjoyable throughout the stay.

The service, especially from Natalia at the front desk, was exceptional, although English was limited. The dining experience, although not advertised during booking, was delightful with a vast selection of continental delights. Overall, a great value for money with a few minor drawbacks.

The hotel is perfectly located, within walking distance to downtown, close to the train station, and metro. The rooms are spacious and ideal for two adults and two teenage kids. However, some rooms faced flooding issues.
